Midwest Mobile Veterinary Dentistry is available to perform most dental and oral surgery procedures at your clinic, including:

  • Vital Pulp Therapy/Partial Vital Pulpectomy (for treatment of recently fractured teeth or as indicated for malocclusion cases)

Pre-anesthetic diagnostics

It is recommended that diagnostics be performed prior to, and within one month of, the anesthetic procedure. The following is a guideline for labwork:
 
Under 7yrs of age: CBC, small chemistry panel
7yrs and older: CBC, full chemistry panel
 
Heart murmur: thoracic radiographs or cardiologist evaluation
Oral mass/suspected neoplasia: thoracic radiographs
Renal disease patients: CBC, chemistry panel, and urinalysis within 48hrs of procedure
 
Additional diagnostics may be recommended on patients on an individual basis.
